Network Partners
The People Behind Every Verified Payment
PennyCent's network is made up of verified testers who hold real bank accounts in different countries. When a customer sends a small test payment, the tester confirms receipt with proof, so payment teams know a route works before they go live.
Become a Tester
Each tester is assigned to one country based on their verified bank account location. If you have bank accounts in multiple countries, contact support to discuss.
- 1
Sign up with your country
Create a tester account and tell us the country where you hold your bank account.
- 2
Admin review
Testers are verified by our admin team, who review your details and assign you to your country.
- 3
Get verified
You'll receive a notification when you're verified and can start receiving test payments.
Banks and Wallets in the Network
See where verified testers hold bank, mobile-wallet and business accounts, searchable by country, currency or flow.
Verification and Safeguarding
Verified before testing
Testers are verified by our admin team and assigned to one country, based on their verified bank account location, before they receive any test payment.
Structured results
For each payment, testers report:
- Date received
- Time received
- Sender's name (as displayed by your bank)
- Amount received in local currency
- Bank payment reference or narrative, if any
They can also upload a screenshot as proof of receipt.
Clear deadlines and data handling
Testers have 5 business days to submit results after being notified of a payment. Personal data is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Stablecoin Network Partners
BETAFor Stablecoin Testing, a verified Network Partner will provide the endpoints for stages three to five of a corridor: an on-chain wallet, an off-ramp account, and a local bank or mobile-money account. Network Partners will be drawn from the PennyCent verified tester network at launch.
